• When necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property and obtaining the customer’s consent is difficult.
• When national or local public entities require cooperation in performing public duties, and obtaining the customer’s consent might hinder such performance.
• When providing information to financial institutions or credit companies for the settlement of contractual fees.
• When providing information to affiliated or subcontracted companies, with whom a confidentiality agreement has been concluded, to the extent necessary for maintaining and providing the service.
• When deemed reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of other customers or the Company, or to ensure the safe and comfortable provision of services.
• When providing information to persons specified in item 4 of the following section.

Disclosure of Personal Data

If you wish to obtain disclosure of your personal data held by the Company, we will confirm that the applicant is the individual concerned and respond within a reasonable period and scope.

Correction, Deletion, etc.

If you wish to correct, add to, or delete your personal data held by the Company, we will confirm your identity and, if any information is factually incorrect, make the correction, addition, or deletion within a reasonable period and scope.

Suspension/Deletion of Use

If you wish to suspend or delete the use of your personal data held by the Company, we will confirm your identity and suspend or delete the data within a reasonable period and scope. Please understand that if some or all of this information is suspended or deleted, we may unfortunately be unable to provide you with the requested services. Also, for information that must be retained in accordance with applicable laws, we may not be able to comply with requests for suspension or deletion.
